Donation Agreement
All yacht donations are processed under a formal agreement outlining ownership transfer, charitable use, and IRS compliance.
Tax Benefits
Your donation may qualify for a tax deduction in accordance with IRS regulations. We provide all required documentation, including acknowledgment letters and applicable tax forms.
