ASCENDtials Garden Project

Do you need access to fresh, pesticide-free fruits, vegetables, and herbs, or land to grow them? We all deserve this to stay on top of our health. You can get started right away by joining the ASCENDtials Garden Project.

ASCENDtial’s Garden Project is a great starting point for those who want to learn more about how to garden and grow fresh,pesticide-free fruits, vegetables, herbs, grains, and flowers. Our garden, Sweetwater Community Garden, is located in sunny Bonita, inside Sweetwater Summit Regional Park.

We offer workshops on caring for the soil, protecting water, understanding plant and animal life, and aligning our lives with nature’s cycles and seasons. These workshops are often a collaborative effort between our garden volunteers and other community leaders. This program is sustained by our volunteers who want to learn more about gardening and growing their own food. We want to share these skills and experiences with youth and adults to develop and strengthen their connection to the soil and the natural elements so they understand how they can contribute to protecting and preserving nature. Join the Garden Project to get more aligned with truth, nature, and all that is critical for you to live more optimally. You may also be interested in our garden memberships:
