ASCENDtials will be hosting our Kemetic Yoga at the Soul Swapmeet in Northpark this Saturday at 2pm! Please join to immerse yourself in the practices that originated on the continent of Africa, designed to provide you with practices and principles from our Ancestors most connected to the universe. Learn to be more aware of your body to bring it into an optimal state of health. Only you can save you! Save Yourself!
