Climate Cares Cleanup is a free program for the public to volunteer to clean up adopted stretches of local state highways and our locally adopted beaches. Cleanups are conducted monthly and reported to California DOT. ASCENDtials has adopted over eight highways including the 75 highway on Pomona Avenue on Coronado Island and the 125 highway at Quarry and Elketon, as well as Blacks Beach and Silver Strand Beach.
