Private Yoga

These sessions are a great way for folks new to yoga to get started. It’s also beneficial to get you to enjoy a more intimate session in which you can take in more of the ancient principles that really create total wellness. 

Private Yoga sessions use primarily Kemetic geometric poses, movements, and postures, ancient ancestral knowledge all designed to bring about calm, alignment and oneness. These sessions incorporate other sound healing, guided rule of four breathing, mantras, mudras, and silent meditation.
