Kemetic yoga
Kemetic Yoga helps participants to identify with their ancestors and not be distorted by modern versions of yoga that don’t give the full representation of what yoga truly is. Now is the time to remember who you are. Our community has suffered trauma and conditioning, but we can thrive if we embrace what our ancestors left for us.

Immerse yourself in a diverse array of captivating workshops where we will delve into Kemetic Yoga, poetry, and artistic expression centering around holistic thinking, familial values, and knowledge of self.
Our Programs
Internships
Our program is designed to attract learners interested in seeing the holistic view of education, from the perspective of nature. They will support research in their field of study but from a wider view. There exist many gaps in our learning, and in some cases, we become blind to the point that we cannot see how parts connect to the whole. Our program allows “Oneness” in that there are activities that cater to our connection to the Earth, Fire, Water, and Air.
Environmental Programs
ASCENDtials’ environmental programs have two objectives: bring awareness to current US farming systems and their role in depleting soil health and polluting water, and address individual practices that are holistic, and inform how we might embrace holistic thinking, so we can sustain a healthy environment and bodies.
Legal Aid Program
ASCENDtials’ Legal Support Program empowers BIPOC communities in San Diego by providing essential legal services, policy advocacy, mentorship, and pro bono services. The program welcomes practicing lawyers and recent law graduates to volunteer, ensuring justice, educating the community, and addressing systemic challenges.
Experiential & Service Learning Program
ASCENDtials’ Unique Service Learning Program Offers Real-Time Volunteer and Internship Roles, Providing Students with Opportunities for the Practical Application of Knowledge that Heals.
ARTS Science Consciousness Education Nature Development fellowship (ASCEND) program
Our fellowship program offers yearly up to 12 awardees from institutions across the US and internationally, to tell their story of struggle through the decolonization of ancient Kemet, as they see it, with purpose, through artful expression.
Women and Girls Program
Our programming provides women and girls right and left-minded tools to ensure synthesis, union, or global development of the brain. Our hope is that the more we define and understand our internal organs and external environment, from the male and female principle, this balance will ensure success.
Youth Programs
Our youth programs help give skill sets and knowledge to help youth be aware of their environment. We provide activities and events to guide the youth in expanding their knowledge of nature and the world around them to set them up for success.
