As part of our expanded internship experience, students now have the opportunity to enroll in our “Become a Vendor” program—a hands-on entrepreneurial track at the City Heights Farmers Market.

Interns and fellows can:

  • Reach Out - Contact us to express interest and get details about stall availability.
  • Meet the Requirements - Provide basic business details, permits (if needed), and a list of products.
  • Prepare your Stall - Ensure your setup is welcoming and ready for sales. We can guide you!
  • Promote your Business - We'll feature you on our website and social media to attract customers.
  • Join the Market Day - Be part of an energetic, community-driven market where you can showcase your produce!

Whether you're passionate about food equity, cultural crafts, or holistic wellness, this pathway helps you turn your ideas into impact.

  3. Train with experienced market vendors and staff
  4. Choose to launch your own booth—with our support
