You will learn how to use the vendor pipeline, send weekly M‑W‑F communication emails, enforce payment deadlines, and complete the final pre‑event vendor process.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:

– Identify and recruit high‑fit vendors
– Track vendor status from outreach → onboarding → payment → confirmed
– Send weekly communication emails on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
– Enforce payment deadlines and follow ASCENDtials’ vendor policies
– Complete the final vendor confirmation process before each market
– Collaborate with Programs, CD, Publishing, and Data teams
