• Monitor the time and facilitate the session as needed.
• Record the session.

After the session:

• Facilitate questions and discussions after the presentation.
• Disseminate the Learning Session Evaluation Form to all attendees if the session was held during a team meeting.
• Save the presentation slides and the recorded session to the Learning Sessions folder.
• Use feedback to improve future sessions and share insights in team lead meetings.
