The main style of this yoga session is Kemetic, we sometimes have guest instructors, to keep us up on the changing landscape of yoga. We always ensure the focus is breathing-based, along with all the geometric shapes, movements, poses, and postures, while also delivering content on the actual purpose of doing yoga. Not just a practice, but as a means to clear blockages within the body, to help us elevate and function optimally. The session will go over principles that also are necessary to practice to keep us fully aligned, body, mind, and spirit. We also will be sharing our yoga mats from Lululemon, and donating a few to the first 4 participants that show up and sign up. Mika, our instructor, will lead the sequence, outdoors, under the sun, or shaded by the amazing Eucalyptus trees we practice underneath. The vibe is everything!
